Audit Appeals

Appeals BlogIf you do not agree with a decision made by the IRS auditor–and after discussing this with the manager you still are not in agreement–you can file an appeal.

Offer in Compromise Appeals

Collections Appeals

If you need to stop a collection action from happening then you can file Form 12153 or Form 9423. See Our Collection Appeals Page for more information.
