Results Oriented!
After 25 years and thousands of cases, I have gotten to know a lot about about the nature of delinquent taxpayers and IRS personnel. I've learned how to mediate between the IRS and the taxpayer so that the results satisfy the IRS and at the same time minimize the tax burden on the taxpayer. There's a delicate balance that must be kept. Cases not closed out properly by the IRS often comes back to hurt the taxpayer. Often we get calls from people who have hired someone to represent them before. They still have the tax problem and are seeking someone who they can trust to get the job done! We will get the job done. We are results oriented, and will seek to solve your problem no matter how complicated. My goal is not to let my client or the IRS employee get in the way of the group manager closing out the case. This way it doesn't become an ongoing problem for the taxpayer.
